The moving clot of blood is the most dangerous condition ever. these clots are usually big and hence, cannot pass through the barrier of brain, causing stoppage of blood to the brain, which further leads to paralysis. The stationary blood thrombosis is fixed at one place and hence, the fats and proteins gets accumulated on it, which reduces the diameter of the tube and if this occurs in artery, it is really a critical condition as the diameter of the arteries are less.
