Syncytium is a structure formed when the cell division fails to occur after nuclear division has occured. As a result of this a multinucleate condition arises wherein multiple nuclei are found inside one single cell.

Hello Friend

It happens many times when cytokinesis is not followed by karyokinesis. This will result in the condition of multi nucleus also known as synctium.

Generally this comdition is seen in case of plants which give rise to polyembryony.
