first of all its a unhygenic habit...dont do this.........any way while we bite our nails germs in our hands and dust particle behind ur nails will get easily a go inside ur stomach...then while hitting nails some people will feel some sensitive sensations...then it will irritate people who were seeing this..........tq for asking....i hope this story will help
