What happens if either the Parliament or legislature passes any law that is against the constitution?

As per my knowledge , the bill will not pass. If any how it happens the members of the Parliament or Legislature those who had supported the bill they hashould to leave their post.

first of all after passing from parliament or legislature the supreme court takes final decision whether to pass or not. But in this case supreme court will not pass or may be the members who have took major decision shall ne dismissed
