What happens if evaporation; do not take place

If evaporation doesn't takes place,then:-

=>Evaporation :-escape of water molecules from the surface of the thing in the presence of light &heat.

=>If it doesn't takes place,water accumulate in streams and rivers,and go &stay in oceans.

=>Water cycle don't backup into atmosphere and in result we don't have any rains.
