If the Union Legislature makes an Act against the provisions of the Indian Constitution , The Supreme Court has the right to declare the law "ultra vires" or null and void.The Supreme court is the final interpreter of the Constitution.This power of the Supreme Court is known as the Power of Judicial Review.
