carbon dioxide which gets collected in human tissues will be transported to lungs through veins and it gets exhaled out with the help of alveoli in lungs.

When carbon dioxide happens to get collected in the human tissues they are transported back to the lungs to be expelled out from the body.

The carbon dioxide results as a product of oxidation of glucose in the body. As soon as it is built up in the tissues, it converts itself into bicarbonate ions and H+ ions and is transported through the blood.

This is facilitated by the enzyme carboxylase. Later when it reaches the lungs it is transferred to carbon dioxide again and expelled out of the body.
