When a person dies for 7 minutes his or her brain works as the activity of the medulla is still left.
Anyway all the other organs stops working as he takes his last breath and as his heart pumps his blood last time.
The blood then start solidifing and the body becomes light weighted therefore it floats on water surface.
According to some believes the soul exist , actually many great mens have a belief and full believe upon this so we must too.
As the soul is Immortal it takes a leave from the body and goes towards heaven or the hell as the God do the justice how the person performed his duties and how he was when he was on this earth and the body then goes to the five elements ( fire , Earth ,water ,air and space from which it was formed.
