Explanation:

the process of making food will be altered as no photosynthesis is occuring ,

but the process of breakdown of food will continue so on.

THE PLANT WILL STARVE AS THE FOOD WHICH IS STORED IS BEING USED UP , WHILE NEW INTAKE OF FOOD IS NOT SUFFICIENT TO COUNTER BALANCE THE EFFECT OF RESPIRATION .
