Hey there!

★ WHAT IS MEANT BY CHURNING:
Churning is the process of shaking up cream to make Butter/Curd.

★ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MILK IS CHURNED
or
MILK IS CONVERTED INTO CURD/BUTTER

As the Milk gets converted to Curd/butter.

Its ACIDITY INCREASES.

The Harmless lactobacillus bacteria use the lactose in milk as an energy source. The bacteria combine it with oxygen to produce lactic acid (MAIN COMPONENT OF CURD).

HOPE IT HELPED ^_^
