Area of Rectangle = length × width = \frac{4x}{5}×\frac{3y}{2} = \frac{6}{5} xy

compare both areas = 6/5xy-xy = 1/5xy

means 1/5 times increased

1/5 × 100 = 20%

it 20% in positive so it is increased
