ANSWER: Option c :

The total work done is equal to change or increase in Kinetic energy. If kinetic energy increases, potential energy decreases...So,the total energy will be constant...It won't change....I hope...

When work is done, the body on which the work is done gains energy. (option b)

  • When work is done on any body or any object, the object on which the work is done gains energy.
  • In this process, there is the transfer of work from one body to another.
  • The body on which the work is done is not in motion so there is no chance of losing energy but it can gain energy as there is the transfer of energy when work is done.
  • The energy gained by the object will be stored in the form of kinetic or potential energy.
