What happens to the magnetic field when the current through the solenoid is reversed?

direction of magnetic field lines will also get reversed

Answer: The magnetic field generated is always perpendicular to the direction of the current and parallel to the solenoid. Hence if we reverse the current the direction of magnetism also reverses.
