Pollution is the the action of making the air, water, or other particular things dirty. Planting different kinds of plants makes the environment free from pollution.
For example, in case of air pollution, air pollution is basically an addition of air pollutants i.e., the pollutants include many gases (including CO2) or vapours which are harmful and harms the environment, but by planting trees, as we know trees take in CO2 and releases oxygen, the nearby surrounding gets purified and, thus by this, the environment gets purified.
