Time period of a simple pendulum is given by the formula
T=2pi√L/g
This equation clearly shows that time period and g are in inverse relationship. Also the gravitational acceleration g of the moon is smaller as compared to on earth i.e. 1/6 as compared to earth
So, if g decreases it means that T(time period) will increases and the pendulum will start moving slowly when is taken to moon.
