What happens when all the planets line up?

"so, when the astronomers says 'alignment of planets' do not exactly mean that all the eight planets get assembled in a line. They say that the planets can lie in the same reagion of the sky. The combined gravitational force of all the planets is nearly 50 times bigger than the gravitational force of just a moon."
