what happens when an aqueous solution of sodium sulphate and Barium Chloride are mixed give a balanced equation for the reaction and name the type of equation

we observe that a white colour precipitate of BaSO4 will form.
it is a type of mainly Double displacement reaction also it is precipitate reaction
BaCl2 + Na2SO4 == BaSO4 + 2NaCl

Bacl2 + Na2SO4 ------> BaSO4 + 2NaCl
(barium sulphate) + (sodium chloride) it is a double displacement reaction .
