What happens when capapcitor not cuttof on capacitor start induction motor

The capacitor is required at start for creating a phase difference between auxiliary winding and main winding. When the motor is in operation it is cut off by centrifugal switch. In PermanentCapacitor motor, it is in circuit all the time, it's work only to improve motorspower factor.
