The chlorophyll absorbs sunlight and the carbon dioxide and water absorbed from the leaf and roots respectively. 6 moles of Carbon dioxide combines with 12 moles of water in presence of sunlight and chlorophyll gives 1 molecule of glucose, 6 moles of water and 6 moles of oxygen
