What happens when CO2 is passed through water (H2O) not. Lime water ,,,,, can' t youuu. Undrstnd!!!!

When carbon dioxide is passed through lime water, it turns milky or turbid due to the formation of calcium carbonate which is insoluble in water. However if excess carbon dioxide is allowed to pass, the turbidity disappears due to the formation of calcium bicarbonate which is soluble in water.
