When blue Copper Sulphate crystals(CuSO4.5H2O)are heated, the blue coloured crystals turn white and becomes a white amorphous powder and, water vapour is evolved.

The chemical reaction is---

CuSO4.5H20 ---> CuSO4 + 5H20(g)

(blue) (white)

I hope it will help you

Good Luck
