what happens when enough NaOH solution is added to hcl solution ? what is the reason for this reaction? what do you find when pH of the solution become 7.

When NaoH is added to HCl neutralisation reaction takes place and a salt NaCl with some water is produced. The reason for this reactionis that when a base acts on an acid or an acid acts on a base they nullify each other and get neutralised. pH of asolution will be 7 when its neutral ,i.e. neither acidic nor basic
