One such example is the USA and Japan controversy itself. The USA and the Japanese had always been enemies. So, since the US had got the resources for atomic bomb , the US attacked the Nagasaki and Hiroshima provinces of Japan in 1945 to revenge their enemies and thereby ending the World War II.
