When iron is added to the aqueous zinc sulphate solution, then iron being more reactive displaces zinc from its solution and forms Iron(II)Sulphate which Is pale green in color and the red-brown colored copper gets deposited on the iron article or the piece of iron metal immersed.

Answer:

Reaction won't take place.

Explanation:

See.. If you check the periodic table, you'll find that zinc is more reactive that iron, also considering the fact that the metal solution is zinc and the metal to be displaced is also zinc.
logically thinking, you'll easily find that zinc won't be displaced by iron since Iron is less reactive that zinc. Hence, the reaction isn't feasible.

but in case the solution was replaced with iron sulphate and metal which will displace iron was zinc, since zinc is more reactive, it will work out just fine. so the formed reaction in this case would be zinc sulphate.

Hence, there won't be any reactions.

Please don't mind the other answer.. It's incorrect
