WHAT HAPPENS WHEN SOAP SOLUTION IN A TEST TUBE IS SHAKEN WITH 1) SOFT WATER 2) HARD WATER?

soap solution in soft water lathers well while in hard water it doesn't lather well so we all wash our clothes in soft water as they will lather well.
