various functions which are based on hormone will not work for e.g.if insulin is not secreted by pancreas than there will be no sugar control in our body and theseay lead to disease like diabetes...
if growth hormone is not secreted properly than a person may suffer from drawfism and if these hormone is over secreted than a person suffer from gigantism....etc
