What happens when while sleeping it feels for a while that you can't move or talk?

This happens when a person suffers an episode of Sleep Paralysis. Sleep paralysis may occur to otherwise healthy human beings. It is a genetic disease and may run in someone's family.

why human body need to sleep...even scientists dont have ans still but after sleep it feels like dead but urs imagination still exist thats why u can dream...!
