What hardships had Nicola and jacopo faced in their lives?

Nicola and Jacopo were very poor.they couldn't afford to persue their studies nor thay could find their livibg.so they both work hard.they took differrent jobs inorder to find their living.thay mainly worked inorder to meet the expenses for teh treatment of their sister lucia who was suffering from tuberculosis.thay never gave up,but they always tried to cop with the situation.in this way,they promise hope for the society
