Hi DhruvkundraiMessi!!
So coming to your question, a lot of reforms have been introduced in the education system of India from the past many years..
Education system has witnessed a great extent of development in the past few years. The literacy rate in India was recorded as 74% in 2011 census. India is now ranked at number 3 after china and U.S.A in the field of higher education. Today Indian Gov has established various policy and schemes for school students for making a bright future of India. It has established Government school in every villages and also free mid day meal for primary school students. In some cases, free study materials have also been distributed to the poor and needy. Earlier there wasn't this craze for school uniforms much..But now, as schools have become more developed, a proper uniform-code is maintained by schools all over the globe...These dyas the advancement in the field of technology has improved the quality of education. Every student has a laptop or even a tablet. If used wisely, we have now got 100 sites to refer to in case we don't undertsnad the concepts taught in school..We have interesting animated videos and ppts to increase the visual appeal and enhance our studying methods. Earlier rote memorization was very important. People had to memorize everything whether they understood or not. Look at today's world-CCE has changed CBSE teaching upto 10. More emphasis on formative assessments and other such methodologies like open book tests etc have come up..!
That was not so in the olden days....nowadays we have many co-scholastic and recreational activities to enjoy. But earlier, studying was the sole purpose in a student life..Sports, painting etc. are now a part of our education system and today's education system encourages young students to pursue their dreams and work on their hobbies to..
Students get to learn the true essence of education i.e. to become good and responsible citizens...
Since 2001, women’s literacy rate touched 50% of overall women population and it has been increasing ever since. Government of India launched Saakshar Bharat mission to hamper female literacy rate...Online education in India is an advantageous system that aims at delivering education to the students via internet. Then we have Distant education that aims at helping students who cannot attend regular classes...
In this way the education system has changed a lot in India
