what historical information did indus script gave? (any two)
Answers
The Indus script (also known as the Harappan script) is a corpus of symbols produced by the Indus Valley Civilization. Most inscriptions containing these symbols are extremely short, making it difficult to judge whether or not these symbols constituted a script used to record a language, or even symbolise a writing system. In spite of many attempts, the 'script' has not yet been deciphered, but efforts are ongoing.
If a person says that Indus scripts have been deciphered, then certainly he/she is lying to you or they have little knowledge of it.
Thank you!

Answer:
Script does not encode language. Script encodes an indo-european language. Script encodes a dravidian language. Because there is no rosetta stone meaning that there is no translating for that language to a language that we know.
The last important reason why the Indus Script remains undeciphered, and possibly the most debated of all, is that the language (or languages) that the script represents is still unknown. The Indus script (also known as the Harappan script) is a corpus of symbols produced by the Indus Valley Civilization.
