Yes the level of magnification will be different at different levels of ecosystem. Now let us take the example of a food chain of plants-insects-frogs-snakes-vultures. In this food chain starting from  plants, there will be less concentration of pollutants in plants as compared to insects. In insects there will be less concentration of pollutants as compared to frogs. In frogs there will be less concentration of pollutants as compared to snakes. In snakes there will be less concentration of pollutants as compared to vultures. In vultures there will be maximum concentration of harmful pollutants or chemicals and in plants it will be minimum.
