What idea do you get about the Lilliputians from Gulliver's account?

Lilliputians were very small merely about 5-6inches .But Still Lilliputians were very genius ,they were excellent mathematicians and very quick and active. From Gulliver they were very protective about their state and loyal.
to describe Lilliputians widely we need to write a lot of language but this is the the least but real and of your question. I think it is helpful..
