What if company bears loss continuously then what would happen with the money of shareholders having preference shares ?

The company would no longer pay to preference share holders .They simply get dividend at the time of profit simplest .It relies also on which kind of choice shares are being issued .The shareholders can take take part in administration of the organization if they didn't get dividend for 2 successive years

if an firm is continuously bears loss then it is responisibility of firm that they shouls give money to sharholders or the people who invested in that firm or if a firm is an government undertaking then government sholud give money to sharholders and after this the firm again bears loss then government resign from firm or close the firm for life time
