Answer:

This question has been designed on the basis of atom, nucleus, protons and electrons.

Any matter is composed of atoms and every atom has a centre nucleus and orbits around the nucleus. The nucleus has sub atomic particles, positively charged protons, neutrons, mesotrons and quarks where as the orbits are filled with negatively charged electrons.

Atoms exist very compactly though positive and negative charged particles are present within. Though the atoms are closely packed, they have interatomic forces.

There are 108 plus elements identified and the atoms size of the elements are appreciably vary from one another. These elements exist together, in free State or in combination.

Coming to question, if earth is made of protons and Moon is made of electrons, due to variation in size and mass, the number of protons will be greater than number of electrons and because of this there will be greater force of attraction. This may bring both together and collide. The collision may cause damage to moon on a larger extent than to earth owing to size.
