This will sound naive, but don't judge. Well, even if you do, it doesn't matter much. You don't expect the richest person in the world to be bothered, do you?

In no specific order:

I would not take up a job after college. Sorry, XYZ*. But nothing beats the satisfaction that comes with self-employment, I am sure, especially when one has tonnes of ideas she would love to experiment with. Besides, even you had advised me to become an entrepreneur during the interview, remember?

I would take my mother on a world-tour. Dad and siblings too, actually. But I know it would make mom happiest. She has been waiting to become free of her responsibilities to fulfill her dream of touring outside India, and I know the wait is going to be long. Besides, how I just love traveling!

I would become an entrepreneur. Broadly speaking, social-entrepreneur as well as commercial-entrepreneur. The former, because I can't afford to die without giving back anything to the world, and it is something I feel really passionate about... education, poverty, hunger, and yes, women's issues!

The latter, not only to support the former, but also because I would need to make sure that I use my money well.

I would start up, obviously fail, then start again, and fail... and so on. l would keep starting up up until I stop failing. Being rich enough should be able to sustain that process for quite long, and I don't see why I should never be able to succeed.

I would make sure while meeting new people that they don't get to know just how rich I am.

I would do a whole lot of new things. Learn music, set-up a personal library (of books as well as musical instruments), take initiatives at various levels, write books, pursue further studies if necessary, do lots of creative things that, perhaps, I can't think of at the moment... and so on.

Did I tell you I would take to traveling after every fixed period of time? And yeah, not just luxury-travel. Explore, explore, explore!

Maybe, all that does not need one to be the "richest person in the world", but being the richest person in the world makes it a whole lot easier... and possible... and comes at far less opportunity costs. Yes, earning money seems more like an opportunity cost, than a way of paying for our needs.

But anyway, I should save this list. Who knows when I may need it, right?
