when x equals to zero it is 1. That's why 1 to power infinity is said to be indeterminate form of limit. As you mentioned in the question 1 to thepower infinity ( I.e it is not the limiting case ) so answer will be 1.

it  will always be 1 because 1 to the power infinity is 1
