What is 4rs strategy? explain What is polyester,polycot, and polywool?

It is refuse reuse reduce and recycle. Polyester is a chain of fibers mainly ester present in a huge quantity while polycot is a mixture of polymer and cotton and polywool is the mixture of polymer and wool.
