what is a balanced chemical equation?why should chemical equation be balanced?

arushigodbole: When the number of atoms of reactants is equal to the number of atoms of the products, the reaction is called a balanced chemical equation.

According to the Law of conservation of mass, total mass of the elements present in the reactants must be equal to the total mass of the elements present in products. That’s why a chemical equations should be balanced always.

Hey

Chemical equations should be balanced according to the law of conservation of mass

The mass before the chemical change should be equal to the mass after the chemical change because atoms are neither created nor be destroyed

The no.of atoms at the reactants side should be equal to the no.of atoms on products side

Explanation:

The equation in which the number of element in product & reactant side are same

Equation should be balanced because of law of conservation

which states number of atoms in elements of reactant & product should be same
