⏩ A-Band ⏪
⏩Also known as anisotropic band.
⏩ It is made up of thick myosin filaments.
⏩ At both side of thick filaments Thier are myociene heads forming cross-bridges with thin filaments.
⏩ At the site of A-band their is over-lapping of thin filaments.
⏩ The middle region of A'band is non-overlapped, it is called H-zone.

》A-band is commonly known as Anisotropic band.
》Anisotropic band is made up of filaments known as myosin.
》The middle region of the A-band is known as H-band and the region is non-overlapped.
》Cross bridges are formed at both the sides of the band due to presence of myociene heads.
》Over lapping of thin filaments is present at the main site of anisotropic band.
