Lipids: Lipids helps the bodies store the energy it needs in the form of fats and oils.

Proteins: Proteins are typically large molecule that can be built up from chains of amino acids called polypeptides.

Nucleic Acid: Nucleic acids are central to the function of living cells.Nucleic acids also formRNA which acts to transmit DNA- based instruction to the cellular machinery.
