Cell is the basic unit of every living organism.
Every living organism is made up of cells, there is no living organism on this planet which is not having cell.

Cell is also the basic functional unit of every living organism.
Means every activity that occurs in an organism like the metabolic reactions, they all are carried out by individual cells.
