A \: \: \: \: physical \: \: change

Fissical changes are largely changes in state, solid to liquid, liquid to gas, gas to liquid, etc. Chemical bonds tend not to be broken or formed, and NO new substances are formed.

On the other hand, chemical changes involve the formation of new substances and the breaking and making of strong chemical bonds.
