A Fluorescence microscope is an optical microscope that uses fluorescence and phosphorescence instead of or rather an addition to scattering, reflection and attenuation or absorption to study the properties of organic or inorganic substances.

It is used to generate Image.

It can either be made simple or complicated. Hope this helps.

Hii dear,

# Fluoroscence Microscopy-
Fluorescence microscopy is a very powerful analytical tool that combines the magnifying properties of light microscopy with visualization of fluorescence.

# Uses of fluorescence microscope-
- localization of proteins and other subcellular structures within cells
- analysis of signalling pathways in individual cells
- measuring intracellular pH
- measuring enzyme activity using substrates that are cleaved to fluorescent products
- early detection bactetia in blood culture

Hope this is useful.

Best luck buddy.
