Force is a push or a pull acting on an object which changes or tends to change state of rest or motion of an object.

C.G.S units are Dyne.
Force can produce following Changes when acts on an object:
1. Force can change the state of rest or motion of an object.
2. Force can change the shape of an object.
3. Force can change the size of an object.
4. Force can change the direction of motion.
5. Force can increase or decrease the speed of motion.
