The force has different effects on an object. It can change direction of motion . For example, a batsman hits a moving ball.  The force can change the shape of the object and for example, squeeze a metal can. It can change the position of an object. For example, kick a football.  

But the force can not change the mass of the object. It can not be a effect of force.
