it is latent heat of fusion of vaporisation not fusion of vaporisation. it is the amount of heat energy required to convert 1 kg of water into 1 kg of vapour without change in temperature at one atmosphere pressure.

There are two types of Latent heat
1.Latent heat of fusion
The amount of heat energy that is required to change one kg of solid into liquid at atmospheric pressure at its melting point

2.Latent heat of vaporisation
The amount of heat that is required to change one kg of solid into gas at its boiling point .
