habit is something that you do often and almost without thinking, especiallysomething that is hard to stop doing, so the most important point is here how can we change the habits actually habit is not a very complicated issue as we can solve it very simply by hammering on Brain again and again we can change the habits now habits are of two types that are bad and good we should change the bad habits but not good
