=> Hot-spots are those area of biodiversity which are directly or indirectly under the control of Homan beings. till date altogether 34 hot-spots have been enlisted, out of which 3 are in India and neighbor countries as such -

western ghat(srilanka),Indo-Burna and eastern himalaya region.
