HAPLOID CELL CONTAINS HALF NUMBER OF CHROMOSOME OR N/2 NUMBER OF CHROMOSOME OR 23 PAIRS OF CHROMOSOME AND IS ONLY FORMED IN MEIOSIS OR REPRODUCTIVE CELLS.
