a procedure by which a court can review an administrative action by a public body and (in England) secure a declaration, order, or award.

As the final interpreter of the Constitution, the judiciary has the power to strike down any particular law passed by the Parliament, if it believes that these are a violation of the basic structure of the Constitution. This is called Judicial Review.
